GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
These general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTC”) are concluded between the company NILA CLOTHING SRL (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) and any natural or legal person making a purchase on the Seller’s e-commerce site (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions is to determine the conditions under which the Seller offers the sale of its products to the Customer on its e-commerce site accessible at the address https://nilaclothing.com/.

Article 3 - Products and Prices
3.1. The products offered for sale by the Seller are presented on its e-commerce site with the essential characteristics concerning them as well as their price, expressed in euros and all taxes included (TTC). Delivery costs, if applicable, are indicated separately and are the responsibility of the Customer.
3.2. The prices indicated are valid as long as they are displayed on the Seller's e-commerce site, within the limit of available stocks. The Seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, subject to informing the Customer prior to the conclusion of the sale.
Article 4 - Order
4.1. The Customer places his order online by selecting the desired products and adding them to his shopping cart. Once his selection has been made, the Customer confirms his order by providing the required information.
4.2. The Seller acknowledges receipt of the Customer's order by sending a confirmation email. The order is final upon receipt of this email.
Article 5 - Payment

5.2. The Customer guarantees to the Seller that he has the necessary authorizations to use the means of payment chosen when ordering.
Article 6 - Delivery

6.2. In the event of a delay in delivery, the Customer has the right to cancel his order by giving written notice to the Seller within 14 days from the expected delivery date.
Article 7 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Belgian law, the Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. The Customer may exercise this right by returning the products, at his own expense, in their original packaging, complete and in perfect condition, to the Seller.
Article 8 - Liability
8.1. The Seller is responsible for the conformity of the products delivered to the Customer with the characteristics announced on its e-commerce site.
8.2. The Seller shall not be held liable for indirect damage suffered by the Customer as a result of the use of the products sold.
Article 9 - Protection of personal data
The Seller undertakes to comply with the legislation in force regarding the protection of personal data. The information collected from the Customer is used only for the purpose of processing his order and is under no circumstances communicated to third parties.
Article 10 - Applicable law and competent jurisdictions
These General Terms and Conditions are subject to Belgian law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation, validity or execution will be brought before the competent Belgian courts.
